Ionity is now offering Plug & Charge all across Europe

Charging provider Ionity is now able to offer Plug&Charge functionality at all of its charging stations in Europe. After an initially gradual introduction in the past months, the Munich-based company says that Plug&Charge is now available at all 371 Ionity locations currently in Europe. Ionity Charging Station in Europe Plug & Charge has already been available at Ionity charging stations in Germany, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Italy and the Czech Republic. Ionity launches new Ionity Passport subscription model for EV Charging

Ionity is launching a new subscription model for its electric charging stations. The service is called Ionity Passport and the new service intended to give electric car drivers the opportunity to use Ionity charging stations without charging cards from other Mobility Service Providers or charging services from car manufacturers participating in Ionity at a reduced rate. Ddrivers without a contract with Ionity partners will no longer necessarily be charged a kWh price of 79 cents. Those who take out an annual subscription called “Ionity Passport” with Ionity will only pay 35 cents per kWh in future.
